1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or making a booking on the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

ZimTripper provides an online marketplace where:

  • Travelers ("Customers") can search, compare, and book buses, hotels, and leisure/entertainment activities.
  • Service providers ("Vendors") can list and manage their services.

We act as an intermediary platform only. We do not own, operate, or control the buses, hotels, or activities listed.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to make bookings.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Vendor.
  • Customers agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed through mobile money, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
  • ZimTripper will transfer the Vendor’s share after deducting applicable fees/commissions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Vendor and displayed at the time of booking.
  • Customers must review and accept these policies before confirming a booking.
  • ZimTripper is not responsible for refunds outside the Vendor’s stated policy.

6. Responsibilities of Vendors

  • Vendors must ensure that all listings (bus schedules, hotel rooms, activities) are accurate and up to date.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Responsibilities of Customers

  • Customers must provide correct travel details, contact information, and payment data.
  • Customers must comply with all rules, requirements, and conditions set by Vendors.
  • Misuse of the Platform or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or legal action.

8. Liability Disclaimer

ZimTripper acts only as a marketplace. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss, delay, cancellation, or damage arising from services provided by Vendors.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology on the Platform are owned by ZimTripper or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
